At Fishtown Watch Supply, most of the watches you'll find are pre-owned, vintage, or otherwise have lived a life before finding their way here. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photographs so you know exactly what you're getting.

Because of the unique nature of pre-owned watches, all sales are generally considered final. We encourage you to review photos carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We're always happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or information.

That said, we're collectors too, and we believe in treating people fairly. If your watch arrives with a significant issue that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

Please note that normal signs of wear, vintage patina, service history, accuracy variations, and age-related characteristics are not considered defects. Water resistance is not guaranteed on vintage watches unless specifically stated in the listing.

Our goal is simple: represent every watch honestly, price it fairly, and make sure there are no surprises when it arrives at your door.
