Timex Weirdo Day-Date
This is exactly the kind of vintage Timex that catches my eye.
The oversized brushed case has that unmistakable 1970s UFO shape, but what really makes this watch stand out are the details. The silver sunburst dial is clean and understated, while the red accents on the markers and hands give it just enough personality to separate it from the crowd.
Why We Like It
The red accents make this watch. Without them, it's a nice vintage Timex. With them, it becomes something a little more memorable. The bright red hands and marker details pop against the silver dial and give the watch a sporty feel that still looks fresh decades later.
The day-date complication is another nice touch. Most vintage Timex watches are simple time-only pieces, so having both the day and date adds a little extra character and practicality.

This watch remains in vintage pre-owned condition with signs of wear consistent with age and use. The case, crystal, and dial show honest wear accumulated over the decades. Fishtown Watch Supply Thoughts
I love vintage watches that don't take themselves too seriously.
The seventies gave us some weird watches, some ugly watches, and some really cool watches. This one falls into the last category. The UFO-style case, silver dial, and red accents all come together to create something that's unmistakably vintage but still easy to wear today.
It's a Timex with a little swagger.
